James L. Dolan
Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dolan is a director and the Executive Chairman (since 2015) and Chief Executive Officer (since November 2017) of The Madison Square Garden Company. Mr. Dolan has also served as a director and the Executive Chairman of MSG Networks Inc. since 2009. Mr. Dolan was the Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation from 1995 until its sale in 2016. He was President of Cablevision Systems Corporation from 1998 to 2014; Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc., a former subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation, from 1992 to 1995; and Vice President of Cablevision Systems Corporation from 1987 to 1992. In addition to MSG Networks Inc., Mr. Dolan has served as a director of AMC Networks Inc. since 2011 and previously served as a director of Cablevision Systems Corporation from 1991 until its sale in 2016. 

Andrew Lustgarten
President

Mr. Lustgarten is President of The Madison Square Garden Company since December 2017. As President of The Madison Square Garden Company, Mr. Lustgarten is responsible for driving both internal and external opportunities for growth. He oversees The Madison Square Garden Company’s entertainment and sports bookings and productions businesses, as well as all aspects of the business operations of The Madison Square Garden Company’s professional sports franchises. In addition, Mr. Lustgarten drives The Madison Square Garden Company’s corporate development activities, including new strategic opportunities, initiatives and partnerships, as well as The Madison Square Garden Company’s plans to build state-of-the-art venues, called MSG Sphere, in Las Vegas and London. Previously, Mr. Lustgarten served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, since 2014. In his role as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, Mr. Lustgarten was responsible for developing both internal and external opportunities that advance The Madison Square Garden Company’s key growth initiatives, maintaining key industry and strategic alliances, and overseeing The Madison Square Garden Company’s involvement in new strategic transactions. Prior to his employment with The Madison Square Garden Company, Mr. Lustgarten worked at the National Basketball Association, as Senior Vice President, Global Strategy and Senior Vice President, Business and Strategic Development, from 2012 to 2014, and as Special Assistant to the Commissioner from 2007 to 2012. Prior to joining the National Basketball Association in 2007, Mr. Lustgarten held various positions, including Vice President, Finance at Cablevision Systems Corporation, and as a financial analyst in the Media and Entertainment Investment Banking Group of Bear Stearns & Co. Mr. Lustgarten has served as a director of Tribeca Enterprises LLC since 2017, TAO Group Holdings LLC since 2017, Boston Calling Events, LLC since 2016, and Counter Logic Gaming since 2018, as well as the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research since 2001, the nation’s largest private supporter of pancreatic cancer research.

Victoria Mink
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Victoria Mink serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG), a leader in live experiences with professional sports teams, renowned performance venues and celebrated entertainment properties. In this role, Ms. Mink works closely with MSG’s executive management team to support the long-term direction and overall management of the company. She is responsible for providing strategic financial insight on all facets of the business, helping prioritize opportunities and drive value creation. She also oversees all of MSG’s financial and accounting matters, including forecasting, budgeting and financial planning and analysis, as well as the company’s treasury, investor relations, tax and risk management functions.

Before being named Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Mink was MSG’s Executive Vice President of Finance. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for seven years – first for Cablevision Systems Corporation, which was then bought by Altice USA in 2016, where Ms. Mink continued in her role until joining MSG in October 2018. During those seven years, Ms. Mink led all accounting and reporting activities through a significant period of change. She set the strategic direction, goals and initiatives for the accounting, financial reporting and accounts payable departments and ensured the management team had access to timely and robust performance measures, while leading all accounting activities for multiple acquisition and sale transactions, an initial public offering and spin-off transaction. Ms. Mink was named among the “Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Cable” by Cabelfax Magazine in both 2015 and 2017.

Ms. Mink joined Cablevision in November 1997 and served in a variety of accounting and finance roles of increasing responsibility. Before joining Cablevision, Ms. Mink was an audit manager with KPMG LLP.

Ms. Mink graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Lawrence J. Burian
Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Burian is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Madison Square Garden Company since July 2015.  He also served as the Corporate Secretary of The Madison Square Garden Company from July 2015 to December 2018. Mr. Burian is also the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of MSG Networks Inc. since 2010. He previously served in various roles at Cablevision Systems Corporation, including: Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel from 2005 until 2010; Vice President and Associate General Counsel from 2002 to 2004; and Assistant General Counsel from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Burian was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from August 1995 to 2000 and September 1994 to January 1995. He was a Law Clerk to Justice Aharon Barak, Deputy President (later President) of the Supreme Court of Israel from January 1995 to June 1995. Mr. Burian has served as a director of Tribeca Enterprises LLC since 2014, Fuse Media, Inc. since 2014, Boston Calling Events, LLC since 2016, the Garden of Dreams Foundation since 2011, and is a Trustee of the American Society for Yad Vashem, the Hebrew Home for the Aged at Riverdale (d/b/a/ Hebrew Home at Riverdale) since 2017, and ElderServe Health, Inc. (d/b/a RiverSpring Health Plans) since 2017.

Joseph F. Yospe
Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

Mr. Yospe is the Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of The Madison Square Garden Company since July 2015. Previously, Mr. Yospe served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of MSG Networks Inc. from 2010 until September 2015. Mr. Yospe was Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of ABM Industries Incorporated from 2008 to 2010 and Senior Vice President from October 2007 to December 2007; Assistant Controller and then Vice President and Assistant Controller of Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. from 2004 to 2007; and Corporate Controller of Genmab A/S from 2002 to 2004.

Philip G. D’Ambrosio
Senior Vice President, Treasurer

Mr. D’Ambrosio is Senior Vice President, Treasurer, of The Madison Square Garden Company since October 2018. Mr. D’Ambrosio served as Senior Vice President, Tax and Treasury, of The Madison Square Garden Company from August 2016 through October 2018. Prior to joining The Madison Square Garden Company, Mr. D’Ambrosio was Senior Vice President, Tax, of Cablevision Systems Corporation from 2002 through June 2016. Prior to that, Mr. D’Ambrosio was a partner at Ernst & Young. Mr. D’Ambrosio has served as a director of the Broadband Tax Institute since 2005 and a trustee of the Rye Historical Society since June 2018.
